Membership Terms and Participation Agreement

Effective date: 10/14/2026

These Terms govern the Connect Within® Soul Group provided by Connect Within, LLC, including activities facilitated by Katt Lowe (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By enrolling and affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree to the following conditions. Please retain a copy for your records.

1. Purpose and Membership Benefits

Soul Group is a community for education, personal development, spiritual exploration, and connection. Activities may include live meetings, guided meditations, meeting replays, discussions, intuitive development circles, and practice groups.

Your membership includes the benefits identified in your purchase offer. Meeting access and other benefits may vary by membership level.

Private sessions, certification, separately sold classes, and other products are included only when expressly stated.

We may update topics, schedules, materials, and activities, with notice of material changes where required. No particular topic, outcome, or future feature is guaranteed unless expressly included in your purchase offer.

2. Membership Fees and Automatic Renewal

Your membership price, billing frequency, included benefits, and first billing date will be disclosed before purchase and confirmed after enrollment.

If you enroll in a recurring paid membership and affirmatively authorize recurring billing, your payment method will automatically be charged the disclosed membership price, plus applicable taxes, according to the disclosed schedule until you cancel.

Our standard complimentary one-month Soul Group offer does not automatically convert to a paid membership. When complimentary access ends, you must separately enroll in a paid membership to continue.

Any different promotional arrangement will be clearly disclosed and requires your affirmative consent.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewal at any time.

Cancel inside the Kajabi app using your membership’s subscription-management option.

Cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next renewal charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a payment already processed.

After canceling a paid membership, access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid billing period. Your cancellation confirmation will identify when access ends.

Deleting the app, leaving a community space, stopping attendance, or unsubscribing from emails does not cancel recurring billing.

If your purchase is billed through Apple, Google, or another app store, use that store’s subscription-cancellation process, subject to applicable law.

4. Refunds and Billing Concerns

Except where applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly offer a refund, payments are nonrefundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time or missed meetings.

This provision does not restrict your rights under applicable law or your payment provider’s dispute procedures.

5. Changes to Pricing and Terms

We will provide advance notice of material membership changes, including price changes, and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

You may cancel before a change takes effect. Continued use will not substitute for affirmative consent where the law requires it.

Updated Terms will display a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights relating to an existing dispute.

6. Educational, Spiritual, and Entertainment Purposes

Soul Group provides general wellness education, personal development, spiritual exploration, and community connection.

Intuitive readings, development exercises, energy practices, and member-provided impressions are offered solely for educational, spiritual exploration, or entertainment purposes. They do not constitute medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

An intuitive impression is a subjective interpretation, not a verified fact or guaranteed prediction. Independently evaluate information and consult appropriately qualified professionals before making consequential decisions.

Participation does not establish a healthcare provider–patient relationship or an individualized professional advisory relationship with Katt Lowe, Connect Within, LLC, or another member.

Separately purchased private services are governed by their own agreements.

Do not disregard professional advice, change prescribed treatment, or delay seeking care because of group content, readings, or discussions.

7. Voluntary Participation and Acknowledgment of Risks

Participation in development circles, practice groups, readings, meditations, breakout rooms, and other experiential activities is entirely voluntary and at your discretion.

Activities may involve personal reflection, emotional responses, differing beliefs, inaccurate or unwelcome impressions, and interactions with participants of varying experience.

Sharing personal information involves privacy risks because other participants’ confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

You acknowledge these reasonably foreseeable aspects of participation and voluntarily choose whether and how to participate.

You may observe, decline an activity or reading, withdraw consent, pause, or leave at any time. Communicate your boundaries and choose activities appropriate to your comfort and circumstances.

This acknowledgment does not waive rights or excuse conduct that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive or excuse.

Practice-group participation does not confer certification or authorize you to provide regulated professional services.

8. Member Statements and Independent Conduct

Each member is responsible for their own statements, readings, messages, recommendations, actions, and decisions.

Members are not employees, agents, or authorized representatives of Katt Lowe or Connect Within, LLC merely because they participate in Soul Group.

Statements made in meetings, practice groups, breakout rooms, community posts, private messages, or independently organized activities belong to the individual member. They are not endorsed, verified, or adopted by Katt Lowe or Connect Within, LLC.

Permitting participation does not verify a member’s credentials or endorse their services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Katt Lowe and Connect Within, LLC are not liable for another member’s independent statements, inaccurate readings, misconduct, unauthorized disclosures, or private arrangements.

This includes separately organized groups or activities that we have not expressly authorized or undertaken to provide.

We cannot supervise every interaction or guarantee another person’s conduct. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for our own conduct where applicable law prohibits that exclusion.

9. Consent, Boundaries, and Community Conduct

Treat other participants with respect.

Obtain explicit permission before offering someone a reading or involving them in an energy or intuitive practice. Consent is specific to the activity and may be withdrawn at any time. Respect a refusal immediately.

Members may not:

• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, intimidate, pressure, or exploit others;
• Diagnose another person or advise them to discontinue prescribed treatment;
• Present intuitive impressions as certain predictions or established facts;
• Offer unsolicited readings about death, illness, pregnancy, or other sensitive matters;
• Share another person’s private information without permission;
• Promote, sell, recruit, or solicit donations without our written permission; or
• Record, photograph, screenshot, or distribute member interactions without authorization and any required participant consent.

We may review reports, moderate content, limit activities, or remove participants. We cannot monitor every interaction or guarantee that all members will follow these rules.

10. Private and Outside Interactions

Private exchanges, outside meetings, purchases, readings, services, and separately organized groups arranged between members are independent of Soul Group unless expressly organized by us.

You are responsible for deciding whether to exchange contact information, meet privately, or enter into a transaction.

We do not guarantee another member’s identity, qualifications, reliability, or conduct. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for disputes or losses arising from independent member arrangements.

11. Privacy and Confidentiality

Respect the privacy of other participants. Do not share their personal stories, identifying details, readings, messages, or images outside the group without permission.

Community participation is not legally privileged or guaranteed confidential. Although confidentiality is expected, we cannot guarantee that every participant will comply.

Share only information you are comfortable discussing in a group setting.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy included below on this page.

12. Meeting Recordings and Replays

    All Soul Group meetings are recorded. Recordings may capture your voice, image, display name, chat contributions, and information you voluntarily share. Replays are available to members whose membership includes replay access.

    We provide notice before recording begins and obtain consent where required by law. By accepting these Terms and choosing to contribute to a recorded meeting, you consent to your contribution being recorded and included in member replays.

    You may keep your camera and microphone off and refrain from posting in the chat. Your display name may still appear in the recording.

    Members may not independently record, screenshot, or distribute meetings or replays without authorization and any required participant consent.

    We obtain separate permission before using an identifiable member contribution in public advertising or promotional materials.

13. Guided Meditations and Rhythmic Audio

Use meditations and relaxation recordings in a safe, comfortable setting.

Do not listen while driving, operating machinery, or performing activities requiring alertness or full attention. Resume those activities only when fully awake and attentive.

Some recordings include binaural beats or theta-range rhythmic audio. Use stereo headphones where indicated and keep the volume comfortable.

Individual responses vary. A particular brainwave state, depth of relaxation, or result is not guaranteed.

You may pause or stop at any time. If you experience discomfort or distress, stop listening and seek professional guidance when appropriate.

If you have epilepsy, a seizure history, or a condition affected by rhythmic audio or meditation, consult your healthcare professional before using relevant recordings.

14. Personal Experiences and Results

We do not promise or guarantee personal, emotional, spiritual, professional, financial, or other outcomes.

Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.

15. Intellectual Property and Personal Use

Membership grants a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the included materials during the term of the authorized membership.

Recordings, meditations, scripts, artwork, and educational materials remain the property of Connect Within, LLC or their respective owners.

Without written permission, you may not share your login, redistribute content, resell it, upload it elsewhere, or use it commercially. Downloads, when enabled, remain subject to these restrictions.

You retain ownership of original material you contribute. You grant us a nonexclusive license to display that material within the community and include it in authorized meeting replays as described above.

This license does not authorize public promotional use of your personal story without separate permission.

16. Eligibility and Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and participate in this membership.

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. Notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

17. Suspension, Removal, and Discontinuation

We may remove content or restrict access for harassment, boundary violations, unlawful conduct, unauthorized distribution, or a material breach of these Terms.

When reasonably appropriate, we may provide a warning or opportunity to address a concern. Immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect participants, security, or legal rights.

If we terminate your paid membership, future renewal charges will stop. Refunds following removal for a breach are governed by applicable law.

If we permanently discontinue the membership or end access for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid membership period.

18. Warranty Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, membership and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, the accuracy of member contributions, or a particular experience.

This does not eliminate express promises in your purchase offer or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Connect Within, LLC and Katt Lowe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from membership participation or inability to access the membership.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our combined liability for membership-related claims will not exceed the greater of $100 or the membership fees you paid during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply only where legally enforceable. They do not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limit nonwaivable consumer rights.

20. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. Except as provided below, covered disputes must be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than a court trial. you may opt out within 30 days.

1. Covered parties and disputes

This agreement applies between you and Connect Within, LLC, including Katt Lowe when acting in connection with Soul Group.

It covers disputes relating to these Terms, membership, billing, content, or participation. Separately purchased private services are excluded unless their agreement expressly incorporates this section.

1. Informal resolution

Before initiating arbitration, send a written description of the dispute, requested relief, and your contact details to https://www.kattlowe.com/contact, with the subject “Notice of Dispute.”

We will send notices to your account email address.

The parties will have 30 days after receipt to attempt resolution. To the extent permitted by law, applicable filing deadlines will be paused during that period.

Neither party must miss a legal deadline or forgo urgent relief.

1. Administration

Unresolved disputes will be administered by JAMS under its applicable arbitration rules and Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards, available at www.jamsadr.com.

A single neutral arbitrator will be selected under those procedures.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs where applicable; otherwise, applicable arbitration law governs.

1. Rights and remedies

Both parties may have legal representation. The arbitrator may award individual remedies available under applicable law and must issue a reasoned written decision.

A court will decide disputes about the formation, validity, or enforceability of this arbitration agreement or its class-action waiver.

Judgment on an award may be entered in a court with jurisdiction.

1. Location and costs

Hearings will occur remotely by agreement or at a location reasonably convenient to you, consistent with JAMS consumer standards.

Your required consumer filing fee will not exceed $250, or any lower amount required by applicable rules or law.

Connect Within, LLC will pay the remaining administrative and arbitrator fees required of the business. If we initiate arbitration, we will pay the filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees.

Each party ordinarily pays its own legal fees unless applicable law or a lawful award provides otherwise. Statutory rights to recover attorneys’ fees remain intact.

1. Individual proceedings and class-action waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, covered disputes proceed individually, not as class or collective actions or class arbitrations.

This does not waive nonwaivable rights, including any applicable right to public injunctive relief.

Applicable JAMS mass-arbitration procedures may govern separate individual claims. Class arbitration is not authorized.

1. Exceptions

Either party may bring a qualifying individual claim in small claims court or seek temporary court relief to preserve the status quo pending arbitration.

Claims that cannot legally be subject to predispute arbitration are excluded.

You may report concerns to regulators and participate in their investigations.

1. Thirty-day opt-out

Email https://www.kattlowe.com/contactwithin 30 days after first accepting these Terms.

Use “Arbitration Opt-Out” as the subject and include your name, account email address, and a statement that you opt out.

Opting out does not affect membership, pricing, or access. The arbitration requirement and its class-action waiver will not apply to you. The remaining Terms continue to apply.

1. Severability and changes

If the class-action waiver is unenforceable for a claim or remedy, that matter will proceed in court while remaining arbitrable matters proceed individually, where lawful.

Other unenforceable provisions will be severed where legally permissible without eliminating required consumer protections.

Material changes to this arbitration agreement require affirmative acceptance and do not apply retroactively to disputes already raised in writing.

1. Administrator availability

If JAMS is unavailable, the parties may agree on another administrator providing equivalent consumer protections.

If JAMS declines because our clause or conduct fails its consumer standards and we do not promptly remedy that failure, you may proceed in a court with jurisdiction.

21. Responsibility for Third-Party Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Connect Within, LLC and Katt Lowe for reasonable losses and legal expenses from third-party claims caused by:

• Your unlawful distribution or commercial exploitation of content;
• Material you submit that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; or
• Your fraud, willful misconduct, or material breach of these Terms.

This applies only to the extent your conduct caused the claim.

It does not apply to your good-faith complaint or legal claim against us, ordinary authorized participation, or losses caused by our negligence or misconduct.

We will promptly notify you, take reasonable steps to limit losses, and permit your participation in the defense.

No settlement imposing payment, an admission, or another obligation on you may be made without your written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

Nonwaivable consumer rights remain intact.

22. Governing Law and General Provisions

New York law governs except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory protections available under laws applicable to you remain intact.

These Terms and your specific purchase offer form the membership agreement. Express purchase terms control if they conflict with these Terms.

Subject to Section 20, an unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remaining lawful provisions. Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive it.

Contacting us does not waive your rights, prevent reporting to regulators, or require you to miss a legal deadline.

23. Emergency Services

Soul Group is not an emergency or crisis-response service.

For a medical or mental health emergency, contact local emergency services or seek immediate professional care.

Connect Within, LLC, operated by Katt Lowe (“we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and share personal information in connection with our Kajabi website, Soul Group, Guided Meditation Membership, related digital products, and communications.

This Privacy Policy accompanies our Membership Terms. It explains our information practices; it does not replace separate consent required for marketing, recordings, or other activities.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we collect the following information:

Account and contact information: Your name, email address, profile information, and other details you provide when registering, making a purchase, completing a form, or contacting us.

Purchase and subscription information: Products purchased, membership level, transaction records, subscription status, billing details, and cancellation information.

Payments are processed through our payment providers. They handle payment credentials in accordance with their own privacy and security practices. We may receive transaction confirmations and limited payment details needed to administer purchases.

Community contributions: Posts, comments, messages sent to us, practice-group contributions, and information you voluntarily share during meetings or community activities.

Meeting recordings: Your voice, image, display name, chat contributions, and information you share during activities identified as recorded, subject to notice and required consent.

Technical and usage information: Our hosting platform and enabled tools may collect information such as IP address, browser or device details, login activity, pages visited, and interactions with content or emails. Collection depends on the tools and settings in use.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Create and manage accounts and memberships;

• Process purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and billing inquiries;

• Deliver meetings, recordings, meditations, and purchased content;

• Respond to questions and provide support;

• Send membership notices, scheduling updates, and other service communications;

• Send marketing communications when permitted by law and your preferences;

• Moderate the community and address reported misconduct;

• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements;

• Understand use of our services and improve them; and

• Maintain business records and meet legal obligations.

3. Kajabi and Other Service Providers

We use Kajabi to support our website, member accounts, digital products, community, and related communications.

We also use providers for payment processing, live meetings, email delivery, and other operational services. These providers may process information necessary to perform their functions.

Payment providers: Stripe, Kajabi Payments, etc.

Live-meeting and recording providers: Zoom & Kajabi

Providers’ handling of information may also be governed by their privacy notices. Kajabi’s privacy information is available at https://kajabi.com/policies/privacy.

4. Sharing Information

We share information where appropriate:

• With service providers supporting our operations;

• With other participants when you choose to post, speak, appear on camera, or otherwise contribute to a group activity;

• With members authorized to access a meeting replay containing your contribution;

• With professional advisers when necessary for legal, accounting, insurance, or business purposes;

• Where required by law or necessary to respond to lawful requests, protect rights, investigate fraud, or address safety concerns; or

• With your permission.

If the business is involved in a sale, merger, or transfer, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and required notice.

5. Community Privacy

Information you share in community spaces or group activities may be visible to other participants.

Members are expected to respect confidentiality under our Membership Terms. However, we cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information private or prevent every unauthorized disclosure.

Share only information you are comfortable discussing in a group setting. Avoid posting sensitive health, financial, or identifying information about yourself or another person.

Messages sent directly to us may be retained for support, moderation, recordkeeping, and other purposes described in this policy. We do not represent that all communications are legally privileged.

6. Recordings and Replays

We identify recorded activities before recording begins and obtain consent where required.

Recorded material may include your voice, image, display name, chat contributions, and information you voluntarily share. Authorized replays are made available to members whose access includes them.

You may keep your camera and microphone off and avoid sharing personal information during recorded activities.

Development circles and practice groups will not be recorded unless participants are notified and provide the required consent.

We seek separate permission before using an identifiable member contribution in public advertising or promotional materials.

If you have a concern about your appearance in a recording, email [email protected]. We will review the request and explain available options. Removing information from copies already accessed or independently retained by others may not be possible.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

Kajabi and other enabled tools may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as login, account security, remembering preferences, and understanding service usage.

Additional analytics, advertising, embedded media, or email tracking tools may collect information depending on our configuration.

Additional tools currently enabled: Our website uses Kajabi and its associated technologies to support account access, security, content delivery, and service operation. Information about Kajabi’s privacy practices is available at https://kajabi.com/policies/privacy.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any consent controls available on the website. Disabling certain cookies may affect login or other features.

Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out mechanism for particular tracking or data sharing, we will provide it. Required controls must be implemented on the website; this policy alone does not provide them.

8. Email and Marketing Choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting [email protected].

Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel membership or prevent necessary service communications, such as receipts, billing notices, schedule changes, and security messages.

We obtain marketing consent where required. Membership acceptance is not treated as permission for every form of marketing.

9. Information Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining authorized replays, handling disputes, preserving consent records, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Retention periods vary by information type and purpose. Closing an account does not necessarily require deletion of transaction records, acceptance records, or information we must lawfully retain.

Deletion from provider backups may occur according to the provider’s retention processes.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to our business to protect personal information.

No online system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your login credentials private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

11. Privacy Requests

Contact https://www.kattlowe.com/contact  to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to ask about our practices.

Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning processing, portability, consent withdrawal, or certain forms of data sharing. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

We may need to verify your identity. Some information may be retained for legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Deletion of information necessary to provide membership may affect our ability to maintain your account; we will explain relevant consequences.

12. Children

Our memberships are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through these memberships.

If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

13. Processing Locations

We operate in the United States. Our providers may process or store information in other locations.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use appropriate arrangements. This policy does not, by itself, constitute consent to transfers requiring separate authorization.

14. Other Websites and Independent Member Services

Links, outside services, and private arrangements between members may be governed by separate privacy practices.

Review those providers’ policies before sharing information. Their independent activities are not governed by this policy.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The revised policy will display its effective date.

We will provide notice of material changes and obtain additional consent where required. An update does not authorize retroactive uses of information that require separate consent.
